Instructions for paper registration

To register for the courses, you must complete the following documents (downloadable below) and send them scanned and signed in PDF to ginnasticapordenoneseasd@gmail.com :

  1. Registration form ( download PDF) to the Società Ginnastica Pordenonese ASD (one form to be signed in its entirety and returned);

  2. Summary document (regulations, privacy and image release) ( download pdf) ;

  3. Authorization for children under 14 to leave the premises independently (download PDF) ;

Safeguarding

“Safeguarding” refers to the set of procedures and practices aimed at ensuring that minors attending formal or informal support settings (educational, social, and/or other) are always protected from potential mistreatment and abuse by adults, including adults in a position of trust, and that these settings respond appropriately to reports of suspected abuse or mistreatment.

Below is the organizational model for monitoring sporting activities adopted by our ASD in compliance with the legislation regarding the protection of minors (Safeguarding):
