Introduzione ai primi elementi della ginnastica artistica maschile e femminile con un approccio ludico-motorio, finalizzato allo sviluppo ​delle capacità coordinative e condizionali. 

From 6 to 10 years old

2 one-and-a-half-hour lessons per week

Introduction to the male and female discipline through the study of the basic elements of artistic gymnastics, using specific equipment.

From 11 years old

Two 1.5-hour sessions per week, with the option to add a third optional session. Introduction of more complex elements and consolidation of basic male and female skills.

Based on a selection of technicians with degrees in motor sciences and FGI and CSEN qualifications.
Five and a half hours a week: a course aimed at perfecting technique with the goal of participating in individual and team competitions.
